Where Envato is genuinely better

Where Runner is better

It is not tied to a library. Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash, or a site nobody has heard of. It is a real browser, so if you can reach it, you can use it.
YouTube works, and works properly. Above 1080p, YouTube serves AV1, which Premiere cannot decode. Runner converts to H.264 first, so the clip does not arrive as audio with a blank video track.
No subscription. Nothing to cancel, no seat count.
Your Downloads folder stays clean. Captured files go to the panel's own library, not into the pile.

Most people should use both
